PH1’s Commercial division Is led by Andres Lemos, Broker and Principal. Entering the market in 2002, Lemos has nearly 2 decades of real estate experience in the South Florida market.
Lemos is in charge of day to day operations and overall division strategy. Lemos’ primary focus is on client relations, agent recruitment, and development. He is actively pursuing his CCIM certification adding to his multi-million dollars in sales & leasing experience throughout various asset classes inclusive of business brokering.
Property Hub 1 Commercial represents a multitude of clients including REO (real estate owned) such as Newtek, a publicly traded SBA lender, stabilizing and disposing of their assets. PH1’s Commercial also represents sellers, landlords & tenants in acquisition, disposition, and leasing efforts.
